CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

​All CWC events are rain or shine... there are no refunds

If an event gets canceled due to inclement weather, you will receive jump credits for any missed JUMPS. Please email [email protected] prior to registering for your next event so we can apply your credit. 

If the event gets cancelled anyone who has preregistered will not be refunded instead they will receive credits.Please e-mail [email protected] prior to registering for your next event so we can apply your credit
If your dog becomes injured prior to the event, a full refund will be issued
if a  letter vet is emailed to [email protected] within 24 hours.
Refunds will not be given if a dog refuses to jump. 
Refunds will not be given if a Handler misses any JUMP, CATCH, GRAB or LURE.
