Canadian Dock Jumping Championships, Brockville August 24th, 25th & 26th
NEW RULES FOR THE CANADIAN DOCK JUMPING CHAMPIONSHIPS.
In-order to attend the 2018 Canadian Dock Jumping Championships you MUST compete at 2 CWC or affiliate events in the 2018 season and successfully compete in 5 Jumps, 1 Lure, or 1 Grab (unless you are from Western Canada and have earned a CWC title through WCW or at Spruce Meadows). We realize that some of you won't be able to achieve NEW CATEGORY TITLE(S) before our 2018 Championships by attending 2 events, so, if your dog is currently titled in, Junior, Senior, Lure and Grab, there is no need to worry about trying to get the NEW TITLE to qualify for the 2018 Championships, because your existing Junior, Senior, Lure and Grab titles will be grandfathered! We will use the scores from the 2 mandatory events to determine what category your dog will compete in at the 2018 Canadian Dock Jumping Championships. *Your dog MUST compete in the highest category of your Jump division, Lure and Grab, that your dog successfully competed in the previous 2 mandatory events (ie. if and when you compete at the 2 mandatory events, do 5 jumps, 3 jumps are 12' and 2 jumps are 14', you will compete in the Top Junior Jump Dog division at the Championships).* If you have an existing title in Novice, Master ,Top Dog or Toss title these divisions HAVE NOT changed, all you need to do is attend 2 events and compete in 5 Jumps, 1 Lure or 1 Grab. **PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST REGISTER TO COMPETE IN A MINIMUM OF 3 JUMPS AT THE CHAMPIONSHIPS. **
