Canine Watersports Canada believes in celebrating ALL dogs! Dogs who jump 1" are just as important as the dogs who jump over 23'! Each dog should be the best that they can possibly be! Here's how the Finals work A MINIMUM OF: 1 JUMP IS REQUIRED AT A 1 DAY EVENT, A 2 JUMP MINIMUM IS REQUIRED AT A 2 DAY EVENT, AND A 3 JUMP MINIMUM IS REQUIRED AT A 3 DAY EVENT.
After the last Jump of the event, the best score in every divisions from each jump is tallied.
The Top 5 Dogs from each of the 8 Divisions are then invited to participate in the Finals at no additional cost.
It is the responsibility of the Handler to determine if the dog has made the Finals. The “Bubble‟ will be posted throughout every event to help determine if you have made Finals.
If a dog is entered in a Jump by more than one handler, the Handler/Dog Team with the highest score QUALIFIES and is invited to participate in the Finals.
Everyone must physically check-in sixty (60) minutes prior to the scheduled start of the FINALS.
*PLEASE NOTE: You must physically check-in when Finals are called - no one can check in on your behalf. If you are not present we will move on to the next qualified handler/dog team and you will lose your chance to compete. NO EXCEPTIONS!
